Refund Policy

We want every order to go smoothly. Most of them do — delivery is typically complete within 5 to 20 minutes of a Discord ticket being opened. But things can go wrong, and when they do, we want to be clear about how we handle it.

Because we deal in digital goods delivered directly to in-game accounts, our refund policy is different from physical product returns. Please read this carefully before placing an order.

1. When Refunds Are Available

We will process a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

Non-delivery

If your order is not delivered within 24 hours of opening a Discord support ticket, and our team cannot confirm that delivery took place, you are entitled to a full refund or a re-delivery at no charge. This covers cases where something went wrong on our end during the fulfilment process.

Incorrect delivery due to our error

If you received the wrong item — for example, a different pack or currency amount than what you ordered — and it is our error rather than a miscommunication on your part, we will correct it at no cost. This means either re-delivering the correct order or issuing a refund.

Technical failure on our end

If our delivery system experiences a verified technical failure that prevents your order from being processed, you will receive either a full refund or priority re-delivery once the issue is resolved.

Duplicate charge

If your payment method was charged more than once for the same order due to a processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full promptly.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

Because our products are digital goods delivered directly to a game account and cannot be retrieved once delivered, refunds are not available in the following situations:

Change of mind after delivery

Once your order has been successfully delivered to your CSR2 account, we cannot reverse it. The items are now part of your in-game account and cannot be retrieved. Change-of-mind requests after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Incorrect Player ID provided by the customer

If you provide an incorrect CSR2 Player ID and the delivery is sent to a different account as a result, we are unable to reverse the delivery or offer a replacement at no cost. Please double-check your Player ID before submitting your ticket. If this happens, contact us immediately — we will review each case individually.

Account actions by Zynga or NaturalMotion

If your CSR2 account is suspended, banned, or otherwise restricted by the game developer after delivery has been made, we are not responsible and cannot offer a refund. Our delivery was completed as agreed. Account consequences are a risk acknowledged at the time of purchase per our Terms & Conditions.

Failure to open a Discord ticket within 72 hours

Once you purchase a pack, you need to join Discord and open a support ticket to receive your delivery. If no ticket is opened within 72 hours of purchase and you have not contacted us about a delay, the order may be marked as inactive. Please open your ticket promptly after checkout.

Chargeback disputes filed without contacting us first

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and ban your access to future orders. We ask that you reach out before escalating — most issues are resolved quickly.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund based on the criteria above, here is how to proceed:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of the issue occurring. Refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after the relevant event may not be eligible.
  2. Use our contact channels — open a support ticket in Discord, use the contact form, or email support@csr2modding.com.
  3. Include your order details — your order number or confirmation email, the Player ID used, and a clear description of what went wrong.
  4. Allow up to 48 hours for review. We investigate each request individually and will respond with either a resolution, a re-delivery, or a refund confirmation.

4. Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is approved, processing times depend on your payment method:

Refund timelines are estimates. Actual processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellations

If you have placed an order but have not yet opened a Discord support ticket to start the delivery process, you may be able to cancel before fulfilment begins. Contact us immediately at support@csr2modding.com or via Discord with your order number. We cannot cancel orders where delivery has already started or been completed.
