These Terms and Conditions govern your use of csr2modding.com and any purchases made through it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or buy from us.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

1. The Service

csr2modding.com provides a delivery service for in-game resources in CSR Racing 2 (CSR2). This includes but is not limited to: in-game currency (cash and gold), keys (bronze, silver, gold), Elite Tokens, fusion parts, Stage 6 components, and fully upgraded or maxed cars. Resources are delivered directly to your CSR2 account using server-side methods.

We are not affiliated with NaturalMotion, Zynga, or any subsidiary or partner of the CSR Racing 2 game. We do not sell official in-app purchases, nor do we represent the game developer or publisher in any capacity. See our Disclaimer for more on that.

2. Eligibility

To use our service and place an order, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent if under 18.
• Have a valid, active CSR2 account in good standing.
• Have the legal authority to use the payment method you provide at checkout.
• Not be using our service on behalf of a competitor, for resale, or to harm other users of CSR2.

By placing an order, you confirm that all of the above apply to you.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice, but any order you have already completed will be honoured at the price you paid.

Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full card details on our servers. By submitting an order, you authorise the charge to your chosen payment method.

Orders are fulfilled after payment is confirmed. You will receive confirmation via email and will be directed to our Discord server to open a support ticket to receive your delivery. Most orders are processed within 5 to 20 minutes after the ticket is opened.

4. Delivery Process

Delivery takes place via our Discord support system. After checkout, you join our Discord server, open a support ticket, and provide your CSR2 Player ID. We push the ordered items to your account server-side. You do not need to share any login credentials, Apple ID, Google account, or any other sensitive account information.

If you provide an incorrect Player ID, delivery will be sent to the wrong account and cannot be reversed. Please double-check your Player ID before submitting. In cases where an incorrect ID is submitted, we are unable to offer a replacement delivery without charge.

5. Account Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that using third-party services with online games — including CSR2 — carries an inherent risk, including the possibility that the game developer may take action against your account. CSR Racing 2 is operated by Zynga and governed by their Terms of Service.

We use server-side delivery methods specifically designed to minimise detection risk, and our ban record over three years of operation reflects that. However, we cannot guarantee that your account will never be subject to action by the game operator. By placing an order, you accept this risk voluntarily and acknowledge that csr2modding.com is not liable for any account suspension, restriction, or ban that may result from using our service.

If your account is in a region or under conditions where using third-party delivery services is particularly high risk, we recommend reviewing the game's Terms of Service before ordering.

6. Refunds

Because we deliver digital goods directly to a game account, our refund policy is specific and limited. We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after delivery has been completed.

Refunds are available in specific circumstances, including non-delivery, incorrect delivery through our error, or technical failure on our end. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Please read it before ordering.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use csr2modding.com or our service for any of the following:

• Reselling delivered resources or accounts through any channel without our written consent.
• Placing orders for accounts you do not own or are not authorised to receive items for.
• Using our service to harass, exploit, or gain unfair advantage over other players through means beyond standard competitive play.
• Attempting to charge back payments after delivery has been completed.
• Providing false information in support tickets or during the delivery process.
• Using our service to generate income through bot accounts or automated play systems.

Violations of these prohibited uses may result in cancellation of your order, permanent ban from our service, and reporting to relevant platforms or authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content on csr2modding.com — including page copy, design, graphics, and branding — is the property of the site operators and may not be reproduced without permission.

CSR Racing 2, CSR2, and related names are trademarks of Zynga Inc. and NaturalMotion. All game assets, car models, and in-game imagery referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. We make no claim to any of these trademarks or copyrighted materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, csr2modding.com and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of in-game progress, game account actions, or any losses resulting from reliance on information provided on this site.

Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which csr2modding.com operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
